Jos! Wines is a result of friendship between two brothers George and Tamaz Gomiashvili. We focus on creating terroir driven, natural wines with lowest possible manipulation in the vineyard and in the winery. Dry farming, careful harvesting practices, controlled yields, precise temperature control throughout the winemaking process, no added sulfates and no filtration - results in the wines that express their purest form, as Nature intended it.
Our philosophy is based on the notion that great wines start from the great soils. We support organic and biodynamic practices in viticulture.
